Prices and Payments
Prices on this website are valid only when purchasing directly from Tavlos Studio Gallery. All prices DO NOT include tax and shipping and will be reflected during the checkout process, before the final sale. The selected artwork, appropriate tax and shipping cost must be paid in full, before Tavlos Studios Gallery will ship. Shipping costs are determined based on your location and the package weight and size.

Delivery and Packing
Delivery times are normally within 7-10 days business days. For immediate production/delivery, Rush Fees can apply and should be discussed with Tavlos Studios Gallery prior to the final online purchase. All Prints are sent flat-packed to prevent damage. Giclées, Original Artwork and Custom Pieces will be securely packed and additional costs could apply. All deliveries will include insurance and a tracking number will be provided to the customer.

Return Policy
If you cancel your order before it’s shipped, you will get a full refund back. If you aren’t happy with your purchase, you must contact Tavlos Studios Gallery within 7 (seven) days after you receive the artwork and you will get a full refund back. After 7 days you are obligated to the purchase. For returns within the 7 day period, you will need to send the Artwork back in the original packing material and make sure that it is properly packaged and insured, so it does not get damaged in transit. Customer is responsible for any damaged artwork upon delivery back to Tavlos Studios Gallery.

Tavlos Studio Gallery assures you that your personal information will never leave the confines of this website. Your email, address, phone number and credit info is protected and all transactions are completed on a secure server (HTTPS). We accept all major Credit and Debit cards. No Checks.
