What is a serigraph, Mr. Wizard?
Well, kiddo, it's a many layered fine print made with silk screens (25 screens per serigraph in Tav's case), hand-pulled, then signed and numbered in a limited edition. That's what gives it the exquisite texture and the collector's value that a machine or digital print could never have. Tavlos has always kept his edition sizes small and when the edition is completed, the screens are destroyed. Each serigraph comes with documentation, in case your interested.
